20-yard
The everyday residential size. Garage clearouts, kitchen or bath remodels, roofing debris from a smaller house, and most “we need it gone this week” jobs. If the pile fits along one wall of a two-car garage, start here.
30-yard
Whole-house cleanouts, larger remodels, and most contractor jobs. If you are emptying rooms plus a garage, or mixing construction debris with household waste, this is usually the right call.
40-yard
Construction, commercial waste and full-site work. Demolition debris, a long renovation, or a commercial cleanout that will keep filling through the week. If you are already talking about a second haul, take the 40 first.
