A dumpster is not a hole in the ground. Once we haul it from your driveway or job site, the load is sorted and sent through licensed Florida facilities. Recyclable material is pulled where we can. The rest is disposed of properly, not left for someone else.
What we can usually recycle
- Clean concrete, brick and hardcore.
- Metal that is not mixed into general rubbish.
- Cardboard and some clean wood, depending on the load.
Mixed household junk is harder. The cleaner you load it, the more we can divert. That is why we ask what is coming out before we quote the size.
What should not go in the dumpster
Hazardous and restricted items stay out. Paint, solvents, batteries, tires, appliances with refrigerant, and anything the county will not take in a roll-off. If you are unsure, ask on the quote. It is cheaper than a rejected load.
Demolition and site work
Knockdowns and strip-outs produce mixed debris. We plan disposal with the job, not after the pile is already on the ground. That keeps the site moving and the paperwork clean.
